How do I collect points?
Points are automatically collected by participating in any game for a real stake. You also receive points when you participate in tournaments with a tournament fee.
How long is my status valid?
Each member's status is updated on a monthly basis. The bonus period begins on the 20th of each month and runs until the 20th of the following month. Your status is valid in the month in which you qualified for this status and remains valid for the following month too. For example: You play real money games from 20th April to 5th May and collect 5,000 points. In doing so, you reach Silver Status, and this will remain valid until 20th June.
Where can I check how many points I have?
You can see how many points you've collected by looking in "My account".
When do I get my bonus credit?
Your bonus will be credited directly to your StarGames account on the 20th of the following month.
Can fellow gamers see my status?
No, only you can see your status.
