If you no longer want to use your account, we offer you two options:
Suspension of the account
In this case, the account is blocked by our Customer Support Team. It is not possible to make deposits or receive payouts or start games. The block can be temporary if requested and can be lifted at a later date.
Closure of the account
If you want to terminate your membership with StarGames for good, your account will be closed. Please note that, in accordance with our terms and conditions (T&Cs), it is not possible to reregister directly after an account has been closed.

For tax reasons, we are obliged to retain commercial documents for a period of ten years. Customer details are handled in strictest confidence and are never passed on to third parties. International security standards guarantee the protection of players' details.
