Confirm e-mail address
To complete your account registration, we will send an email to the address you provided when setting up your account.
To confirm your email address, please click on the link in this email. This takes you back to the StarGames login page. Enter your nickname and password here in the respective fields and then click on "Login".
Should you receive the message that you need to verify your email address even after completing the process indicated above, it is possible that you used a different browser for the verification than the one you normally use. In this case, copy the link from the email into the browser you are using to play on the platform. After clicking on the "Enter" button, the StarGames login page will appear, on which you now have to simply enter your nickname and password, then click on "Login", in order to confirm your email address.
Please note that in some cases our emails cannot be sent to email addresses provided by T-Online, as they are blocked by the mail server. To ensure that our emails always reach you, we recommend that you use an email address from another provider (such as GMail) to register your StarGames account.
Resending of the confirmation email
If you cannot find your confirmation email in your inbox or have accidentally deleted it, you can request a new confirmation email. To do so, log into StarGames, click on your nickname, and select the item "My Profile". If your email address is not yet confirmed, you will see a corresponding message next to the email address entered. Follow the instructions in order to have a new confirmation email sent to you.
