Nickname and player account

If you are registered at StarGames, you first create a user profile with a nickname. You will be known under that nickname at StarGames - this is the only information which is also visible to all other players.

Your personal information however is exclusively visible for us as a platform operator and for you as a player. This information includes your name, email address, date of birth, etc. Without that information, we can not identify you as a real player. All your information will be kept strictly confidential and subject to data protection.
 

Voluntary deletion of your account

Please direct all of your player account relevant changes to our ever helpful Support Team, which is easily reached any time by sending an e-mail to the address support@stargames.com and is happy to help you with any of your concerns.

If you would like to delete your account, for example, please send an email with the subject ‘Delete Account’ to our Support Team, in which you also enter your current nickname. Your account will be deleted after you have successfully answered your security question.
