I made a deposit using PayPal, but the amount has not been credited to my balance
Due to the provisions of the payment provider, an account can only be connected to one PayPal account. This connection is made when you make your first deposit using PayPal and cannot be deleted or changed by us subsequently.
Should your PayPal deposit not appear on your account balance, please ensure that neither of the following two scenarios apply:
- You have already made deposits to your account using another PayPal account.
- The PayPal account that you wanted to use for your deposit has already been used for deposits to another account.
In these cases, the amount deposited, should it have already been debited from the PayPal account, will be automatically returned.
If the circumstances described are not the cause for a failed or delayed deposit, there may be technical difficulties with the transaction.
