Loss of connection

Loss of connection with Casino games

Slot machines

The slot machines include, for example, Book of Ra™ deluxe or Lucky Lady’s Charm™ deluxe.

If the game crashes on your PC prior to the conclusion of a round (for example, during bonus games, super games or the like, and before the win was transferred to your balance), the game window closes or a connection loss should occur, then the game is continued on our server until the end of the round or until all the bonus games or super games are used up.

Should our server crash, the probable win for your game at the time of the server crash will be credited to your account as a voluntarily compensation from us. This credit will be issued within 2 hours of the server crash.

This ensures that your probable winnings or losses are always calculated correctly, even upon the occurrence of an unforeseen event.

Skill Games multi player games

The single player casino games include, for example 8-Ball Pool andYahtzee.

For a game to be considered as won, a game must be won pursuant to the respective rules of the game. In addition, the winner’s connection to the game server during the entire game must not be lost.

If you should lose connection, you have 2 minutes time to enter the current game again. If you are successful, then there are no consequences from the loss of connection - assuming you were not thrown out of the game in the meantime by another player due to a timeout. If this is not possible, or you were thrown out of the game, a computer with average gaming abilities takes over your role as a player so the game can continue. However, you can still again enter the ongoing game.

If the computer opponent or you as a re-introduced player win the game pursuant to the respective game rules, then the game will not be counted. If you or the computer opponent lose, the game is considered lost. The game also doesn’t count when both players experience a loss of connection.
