Joker Wild is a video poker game, by which the Joker can substitute any other card - meaning you can complete any winning hand, including 5 identical cards (e.g. 4 Jacks and 1 Joker). You can swap the cards in your hand after the first dealing round.

Your aim is to produce the highest possible poker hand with the 5 cards in your hand.

Use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust your bet for each round. The paytable is automatically updated to reflect the potential winnings based on your current bet: It will always show the potential win based on your current bet.

Click ‘Start' to have the cards dealt. Then select the cards in your hand that you would like to keep. A recommendation of which cards you should keep will be shown. As soon as you have selected your cards, the probabilities of creating possible hands will be shown as a percentage. Dependent on the probability, either 2, 1 or 0 decimal places are shown. 0.00% equates to a probability less than 0.01% but greater than 0%. Any hands which are impossible to form once hold cards have been selected (i.e. 0% probability) will be marked with a "-".

Click on "Swap" to confirm your selection. All cards you have chosen not to hold (those not marked by a "Hold" frame). If you do not form a winning hand, you will start in the next round. As soon as you have placed a new bet you will also receive new cards.

The Gamble Game will star as soon as you score a winning hand. You have the chance to increase your winnings here. You can either play at full risk or ½ risk, or alternatively choose to keep your original win by simply clicking on the "collect" button (in which case the Gamble Game will end and you will be taken back to the original game).

You will double your win if you are successful. If you lose, you will also lose the entire round's winnings. Losing a ½ risk gamble will see you losing half of the round's winnings, with the rest being credited to your player account.

You are presented with 2 cards face-down in the Gamble Game. A red frame marks each card alternatively. You have to choose a card. To select a game and enter the Gamble Game, click on either the "Risk" or "½ Risk" button whilst the red frame is over the card of your choice. Both cards will then be turned over. You will win the Gamble Game if your selected card is higher than the other!

You current win is shown in a bar graph to the right of your cards. You can continue playing subsequent rounds of the Gamble Game until the bar graph display is full.

If you lose the Gamble Game, you will be automatically returned to the regular game.

Play a "Direct Royal Flush" to hit the jackpot. A "Direct Royal Flush" is made by forming a Royal Flush hand without having to swap out any hand cards. You will be given a portion of the Jackpot in direct proportion to the size of your bet.
